What happens if you receive my item and it’s not what I indicated on my order

Mistakes happen

If I receive your item and it does not match the services you ordered I will give you a call to discuss how to proceed and any additional costs

you can

    * Agree to the recommended changes and/or additional costs that I will send you an invoice for

    * decide not to proceed and the item will be returned to you. 

If you decide not to proceed, who pays the return shipping?

   * if the changes are a result of a mistake I made, I will pay the return shipping cost

   * if the changes are a result of a mistake you made ,then you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. 

Now let’s prevent it from happening in the first place

• always make sure you double check your order before submitting
• measure your items carefully if size is a factor
• call or email me if you are unsure of anything before submitting order  or mailing
