if any repair needs over 30 min I will contact you for authorization to proceed. Most repairs will fall in this range. Any fees that exceed the $15 deposit will be billed at completion of job and due at pick up. 

all blanket must be cleaned prior to drop off and properly labeled with you information. 

if any hardware needs to be replaced please make sure you visit that listing so that I can be sure to have the supplies on hand to repair quickly for you. Any hardware replaced is an additional coat to time. If I do not have the hardware listed that you know that is needed, please contact me so I can add.
